When a dispute arises involving roofing issues, Velcheck & Finger works as an independent third party to help resolve the issue. As an unbiased third party, our qualified staff is able to clearly assess the issues, diagnose the source of water entry and outline the corrective action required to rectify the problem. Our team will work with you in the field to document the claim/damage as well as work with legal counsel to determine the contractual responsibility. We have performed numerous hail and ice dam inspections, manufacturer warranty claims and water entry testing.
