VISUAL - Roof experts visually analyze the condition of the roof, checking the roof field sheet, perimeter, and penetrations. These inspections include photographs, reports, and CAD drawings

INFRARED - Infrared technology allows a non-destructive method for identifying wet insulation areas.

WATER TESTING - It sounds backwards, but we are able to locate a leak area by strategically directing water to the suspect source. We realize that no one wants water in a building, but this helps us determine the cause and location of hard-to-find leaks, so that we are able to fix the problem.
